It looks like he registered it as an UTV like those side by side things. it could also be registered here as the same. not sure how fast the 3banger efi motor would be but I can't imagine its much different than a aircooled beetle.

They will cruise at 60mph no problem. I've seen countless ones pass us on the freeway in the Philippines. Do be afraid of the box they are great! 10/10 would buy for a reasonable amount.
